About the North Island Office
Steps to the ocean on Granville Street in Port Hardy is where you’ll find our 460 North Island office. Port Hardy & Port McNeill are two of the larger towns on the North Island, with the communities of Sayward, Woss, Telegraph Cove, Alert Bay & Sointula, Winter Harbour, Coal Harbour, Holberg, Zeballos, Kyuquot, Quatsino & Port Alice rounding out the residential areas north of Campbell River. The North Island has a history steeped in industry, rich with stories of mining, forestry, and is also home to the 18 First Nations of the Kwakwaka’wakw People.
The pristine lakes and rivers, lush forests, rocky mountain ranges & white sandy shores of the North Island create an incredibly diverse ecosystem. Cultural centres around the North Island share stories of the First Nations people, and offer interactive experiences to learn through cedar bark weaving, traditional dancing, and more. Wildlife abounds, with many of the communities offering whale & bear watching tours, as well as fishing charters year-round. The communities of Port McNeill and Port Hardy offer a variety of convenient and essential services, including an airport, hospital and health care services, as well as marinas and other community facilities.
Kristina Fedorak
Kristina Fedorak, Personal Real Estate Corporation
Kristina Fedorak has called Port Hardy home for the past 26 years. Her family relocated to the North Island a year after she was born and they have never looked back. Growing up she was very active, playing both league volleyball and soccer in school.
Kristina has always been a real estate enthusiast, purchasing her first home in 2005, before she graduated high school. Within eight short months, she managed to flip her first property, and from there went on to purchase a larger home, followed shortly by a rental property.
In 2008, Kristina switched gears and started her own surf, skate and snowboarding clothing store; however, it wasn’t long before her passion for property led Kristina to obtain her real estate license.
Kristina looks forward to helping first-time homebuyers, or an out-of-town buyer find their first home on Northern Vancouver Island, and is keen to share her vision and passion for design with her clients.
In her spare time, Kristina likes to take advantage of all the outdoor activities the North Island has to offer, including: hiking, fishing, surfing and kayaking.
