About the Nanaimo Office
In Central Nanaimo, next to Terminal Park, is where you’ll find our main 460 Realty office. The City of Nanaimo is proud to be known also as "The Harbour City". This community of nearly 100,000 residents and growing lies along the east coast of one of Canada's top island destinations and is the second largest urban centre on Vancouver Island. Visitors and residents often comment about how amazed they are by the natural beauty of the area, mild climate and the relaxed, yet energetic pace of the city.

Robyn Hewer
Robyn Hewer, Personal Real Estate Corporation
A life-long resident of Vancouver Island, Robyn joined the 460 Group of Companies after deciding to challenge herself with an opportunity in real estate. After working for 9 years in Alberta, she returned to her home on BC’s West Coast in 2015 and hasn’t looked back. Her previous career in logistics management at Suncor Energy, coupled with her work experience at NAI Commercial Central Vancouver Island primed her for her career as a 460 REALTOR®. She has successfully completed her Property Management Licensing (2013) and her Trading Services Licensing (2017).
Robyn finds her drive comes from her personal experience of buying and selling homes, along with owning rental properties & buying/renovating foreclosures. What sets her apart from other REALTORS®? Her client focus and attention to detail. She has utilized her personal experience to build her business model into one that ensures her clients are informed throughout the buying and selling process, mitigating any unnecessary stress. Working with Robyn guarantees you a local and long-term home resource. She is always glad to hear from and help her clients, both past and present and prides herself on maintaining meaningful relationships with them!
When she’s not working, Robyn can usually be found working in the garden, refinishing a piece of furniture, or renovating houses. She is actively involved in the Seaside Community Society of Lantzville and Prom Closet Vancouver Island and she resides in Lantzville with her husband and children, a few chickens, a dog and a cat.
