Shannon Frith PREC*, who has lived in Nanaimo for over 10 years, is proud to call this beautiful city her home.
She has always been madly passionate about interior design, and was one of few 10-year-olds who knew all the Benjamin Moore paint colours by name, and who had a subscription to House & Home magazine. After purchasing her first property at the age of 19 and working in kitchen and bathroom design, Shannon’s love for home blossomed. She has purchased and renovated two other properties since then, and knew it was a natural progression to pursue a career in real estate.
After a few months in the real estate business, Shannon knew she had finally found what she wanted to do for the rest of her life. She loves that real estate involves a variety of personalities and relationships, and she takes great pride in uniting people with the perfect home.
Shannon is also aware that real estate is about the art of negotiation. She prides herself on having keen instincts and the ability to present a strong bargaining position to achieve her clients’ goals.
