Having been on Vancouver Island for 33+ years, Steve felt it was a natural fit to start his real estate career with 460 Realty. Born & raised in Nanaimo, with deep family roots in town, his local knowledge of the surrounding areas assists him with helping his clients find their future homes right here in the Harbour City.


With a background in sales, Steve is a highly motivated agent who is always willing to set himself apart from the others. His desire to help his clients with one of the biggest financial decisions of their lifetime is what drives him to succeed in this career; seeing the joy and happiness in their faces is truly what’s most important to him. Steve is also very personable, outgoing, and easy to get along with.


Growing up, he played competitive baseball for the Nanaimo Pirates as a catcher and was even able to play for Team BC on a few different occasions. He also held a Junior Membership at Nanaimo Golf Club, and continues his love for the game of golf today. When he’s not on the golf course, Steve enjoys spending time in the gym, being with his friends & family, and exploring what this amazing Island has to offer.
