Alex Penner PREC* is a long-time Nanaimo local, having moved to the Departure Bay area over 36 years ago. He began his sales career in 2007 at a local Cadillac dealership, where his natural talent for sales quickly became apparent. In 2011, Alex transitioned into real estate, where his modern, progressive style was a perfect match. He became the second agent and an early shareholder at 460 Realty Inc., helping shape the company in its early days.
 
Since then, Alex has built a strong reputation in the industry, with extensive experience in home renovations, new construction, and hundreds of successful property sales. His in-depth local knowledge and hands-on approach have made him a consistent presence in the Nanaimo real estate market.
