Jennifer Monsen

Jenn has lived in Nanaimo since Elementary School and ever since, has discovered her love for exploring and hiking across beautiful Vancouver Island. After 20 years, she knows the area well and knows firsthand what a desirable place it is to live, work and play.
 
Jenn was both, a post-secondary graduate from Vancouver Island University fluent in the French language and a skilled tradeswoman, bringing diverse experience to the Real Estate Industry. Working as a Real Estate Assistant for 3 years with Layzell Dreger & Associates ignited her passion for Real Estate, by helping numerous buyers find their forever homes.
 
She believes in building long lasting relationships with her clients and is always available to provide support and guidance, even after the transaction is complete. Jenn prides herself on knowing the Nanaimo and Central Island Market well and would love to help you find your forever home!
 
When Jenn isn’t working, you will find her out hiking the latest trails with her husband Kaya and their dog Jaxon, or spending time with her large extended family.
