Alex Penner – Personal Real Estate Corporation

Alex Penner PREC* is a long time local to the Nanaimo area having moved to Departure Bay area approximately 35 years ago, after spending his early years in Malawi, Africa.

Alex started his sales career in 2007 for a local Cadillac dealership. A natural salesman, he gradually made the leap to work in real estate in 2011. Eventually becoming a shareholder and the second agent at 460 Realty Inc, which was a natural fit for his modern progressive style. Since entering the industry, Alex has been a constant in the marketplace with over 325+ properties sold.

When he is not busy working with his clients, Alex enjoys renovating his personal homes and enjoying the so many amenities the Island offers.
