With a strong family connection to Nanaimo & Vancouver Island, it was easy for Josh Wynia to make the shift from his family-run business Harbourview Volkswagen to real estate. Always having an interest in the trends, challenges & successes of this industry, he looks to use his educational skills & training from the RETS program at the University of British Columbia Sauder School of Business in his everyday life.

A people person, Josh has always enjoyed creating business relationships by being himself and easy going. He is a family man that believes honesty and accountability are integral in gaining someone’s trust. Josh has an avid interest in golf, hockey, baseball, and local weather. He’s known as ‘wyniasweather’ on social media and also used to write for the local paper. Being a born and bred Nanaimoite, Josh has extensive knowledge of and a true love for the city he calls home.

Josh currently resides here in the beautiful Harbour City with his wife Jen and his daughter Jocelyn, and can usually be found walking his dogs around his neighborhood or Westwood Lake.
