Chris Crump – Personal Real Estate Corporation

Chris Crump, PREC* relocated to the island from North Vancouver, and quickly fell in love with the island lifestyle. He has been a licensed REALTOR® for many years, starting his career with Coast Realty before joining the team at 460 Realty one year after they opened.

Chris has achieved great success with the team at 460 and has quickly climbed the ladder, achieving the status of one of the top three salespeople in the office. A specialist in mobile modular home sales, he has brought more buyers to the Lantzville market in the past five years than any other agent.

In addition to his role as a realtor, Chris is very active in his community, working as a Volunteer Firefighter in Lantzville. When he is not working, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys, enjoying all of the outdoor activities that Vancouver Island has to offer, including fishing, tennis, skiing, sailing and kayaking.
