Olivia Rowat

Originally from the Lower Mainland, Olivia moved to Kelowna after high school to attend UBC Okanagan. In 2015, she and her partner moved to Prince George to gain work experience, continue their education, and enter the housing market. With a desire to be closer to family and friends, Olivia and her husband made the move to Nanaimo in 2019. Having lived in several areas of the province, she couldn’t be happier to call Vancouver Island home.

With five years of experience in real estate, Olivia understands that buying or selling a home is about much more than the property itself. She specializes in helping clients navigate significant life transitions, from first-time homebuyers entering the market to individuals and families preparing to downsize. Having experienced several moves throughout British Columbia herself, she also understands the challenges and opportunities that come with relocating to a new community.

Olivia holds a degree in Psychology and brings valuable experience from her previous work as an outreach worker and her more than a decade of work in customer service. Her background has shaped her ability to listen, understand individual needs, and support people through important decisions with patience and compassion. She combines this personal approach with clear communication, practical guidance, and confident negotiation to ensure her clients feel informed, supported, and well represented throughout the process.

Olivia believes that great real estate service starts with understanding what matters most to each client. She takes pride in building genuine relationships and providing personalized service tailored to each individual's goals, whether they are buying their first home, selling a longtime family property, or making a move to Vancouver Island. Her goal is to make every real estate experience as smooth, informed, and positive as possible.

Outside of real estate, Olivia enjoys exploring everything Vancouver Island has to offer with her husband, daughter, and their Bernedoodle, Lilac. From discovering new hiking trails and beaches to visiting and supporting local businesses and restaurants, they love making the most of life on the Island. In her spare time, Olivia also enjoys running, gardening, reading, and cooking.
