Matt was born and raised in Nanaimo along with his twin twin brother Clayton, his mom Debbie and his father, and former real estate mentor, Doug. He's proud of his family's Nanaimo roots including being a third generation Nanaimo resident and along with his beautiful wife Kelsey raising their 7 year old son Carter, a fourth generation Nanaimoite.
