Baseball is an important part of his life, and he played in the United States at the university level for three years after high school graduation. Phil has continued to volunteer and coach Nanaimo’s youth in baseball, and he is a dedicated member of the Nanaimo Coal Miners baseball team.
In Phil’s second year in the industry, he was the recipient of the Realty Executives of Western Canada’s Chairman Award for most units sold in his office. After his time with Realty Executives, Phil joined the team at Coast Realty before making the decision to settle at 460 Realty.
Prior to his work in real estate, Phil’s background was in sales, where he developed strong skills in negotiations. To this day, he continues to stay on top of marketing and sales trends.
