Half acre oceanfront lot overlooking beautiful, gentle Herring Bay on the desirable northwest corner of Ruxton Island just outside of Nanaimo. This high bank VIEW lot perches safely atop a narrow promontory that extends northward like the head of a dragon, flanked by fingers of rock that become sandy havens at lower tides. Herring Bay has lots of moorage, sandstone formations, and a beach at the south end with access to the island's system of "roads".
