About the Nanaimo Office
In Central Nanaimo, next to Terminal Park, is where you’ll find our main 460 Realty office. The City of Nanaimo is proud to be known also as "The Harbour City". This community of nearly 100,000 residents and growing lies along the east coast of one of Canada's top island destinations and is the second largest urban centre on Vancouver Island. Alex Rogers
Born in Victoria and having moved to Nanaimo at a young age, Alex has always called Vancouver Island ‘home’. After high school, he took a year off before heading south to the US for post-secondary opportunities. While attending North Dakota State University, he earned his Bachelor of Arts Business Management degree, where he also played 4 years total of Division 1 NCAA baseball. In the summers when Alex returned home to the Island, he continued his love for the game and played baseball for the Victoria Harbourcats.
As a lifelong Islander, Alex loves helping his clients who are looking to make a move to Vancouver Island, or simply looking to relocate somewhere else here. He has extensive knowledge of the local area and brings a fresh approach to real estate. Alex is young, ambitious and makes any real estate experience comfortable and exciting at the same time.
When he’s not working, you can find Alex enjoying this beautiful Island by spending time with his family, friends and his partner Sarah. He loves heading out to Tofino for a weekend, watching all sports, playing baseball/hockey/golf/intramurals, and cheering against the Vancouver Canucks.
