Originally from the Lower Mainland, Olivia moved to Kelowna after high school to attend UBC Okanagan. In 2015, she and her partner moved to Prince George to gain work experience, continue their education, and enter the housing market. With a desire to be closer to family and friends, Olivia and her husband made the move to Nanaimo in 2019. Having lived in several areas of the province, she couldn’t be happier to call Vancouver Island home.
With five years of experience in real estate, Olivia understands that buying or selling a home is about much more than the property itself. She specializes in helping clients navigate significant life transitions, from first-time homebuyers entering the market to individuals and families preparing to downsize. Having experienced several moves throughout British Columbia herself, she also understands the challenges and opportunities that come with relocating to a new community.
Olivia holds a degree in Psychology and brings valuable experience from her previous work as an outreach worker and her more than a decade of work in customer service. Outside of real estate, Olivia enjoys exploring everything Vancouver Island has to offer with her husband, daughter, and their Bernedoodle, Lilac. In her spare time, Olivia also enjoys running, gardening, reading, and cooking.
